Began his career as a physician in Russia, has made a name for himself in New York City's daycare industry. As the dedicated owner of Little Princeton, a well-regarded boutique daycare that opened its doors in 2009, he has built a reputation for offering one of the top non-traditional Montessori daycares in Brooklyn, NY, receiving praise from students, parents, and educators alike. Theodor's enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences while making them enjoyable for children truly sets him apart in the industry. In addition to co-founding Golden Minds Prep, Mind Body Soul Children's Society, and Aspiring Minds Childhood Development Center, he also works as a consultant for other daycares and educational programs.

Over 6 years of experience in developing products across industries such as Edtech, Fintech, Healthtech, AI, and CyberSecurity. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Konstantin has worked at ArgoPrep and Monroe College, where he has honed his skills in project management, entrepreneurship, and investing. He is driven by a competitive spirit and a desire to create valuable solutions that solve real-world problems and help people succeed. Konstantin is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise to make a positive impact on the world.

Holds a Master's degrees in Early Childhood Education (birth-grade 2), Special Education (birth-grade 2), and Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, she has over eight years of experience working with children with Autism at top agencies and schools in New York City. Alina has supervised and trained numerous therapists and teachers and provides consultation services for the Department of Education. She founded her first daycare, Aspiring Minds Center, in 2018 and is committed to working with families and children.
